This Privacy Policy describes how Most AI (the "App"), operated by a private individual developer ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Your email address when you create an account or contact us.
Photos and Media: Photographs and images you upload or provide to the App for AI-powered image generation and editing.
Generated Images: Images created by the App based on your photos and prompts.
Anonymized Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized data about how the App is used (for example, feature usage, session duration, and general interaction patterns). This data is collected and processed solely by us and is not linked to your identity or personal account.
Purchase Information: Information related to in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card details or full billing information.
Device and Usage Information: Limited technical information required for the App to function and for Apple’s services.

We do not collect location data, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s core functionality.
Process your requests to generate or edit images using third-party AI services.
Store and deliver the generated images back to you.
Analyze anonymized usage data to understand how the App is used and to improve its features, performance, and user experience.
Manage your account and respond to support requests.
Process in-app purchases (via Apple).
Comply with legal obligations and protect the security of the App.

3. How Your Photos and Generated Images Are Processed and Stored

When you submit a photograph for image generation or editing, the image is securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers may include, but are not limited to, Google, OpenAI, and other major AI companies offering image generation capabilities. The specific providers we use may change over time.
Generated images are stored on our servers in encrypted form. Access to these images is available only to you (the client) through the App. We do not use the generated images for any other purpose.
We do not store your original uploaded photographs on our servers after the generation request is completed (they are only transmitted to the AI providers for processing).
Third-party AI providers process the images according to their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the relevant providers for more information about how they handle data.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Third-party AI Service Providers: Your uploaded photos are shared with AI providers (such as Google, OpenAI, and similar services) solely to generate or edit images as requested by you.
Apple: Purchase data is shared with Apple for processing In-App Purchases. Apple’s privacy policy governs this data.
Service Providers: We may use limited technical service providers (such as cloud infrastructure) solely to operate the App and store encrypted generated images. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes. Anonymized usage analytics is collected and processed only by us and is not shared with any third parties. Generated images stored on our servers are accessible only by you.

5. Data Storage and Security

Generated images are stored on our servers in encrypted form. Only you can access your generated images through the App.
Anonymized usage analytics is stored and processed solely by us for the purpose of improving the App.
Account information (such as your email) is stored securely by us.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption, to protect the information we control. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your account and associated data (including generated images stored on our servers).
Object to or restrict certain processing.

Currently, the App does not offer a built-in in-app account deletion feature. To exercise any of these rights, including requesting deletion of your data, please contact us at support@mostai.app. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries where our AI service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
